Best Beauty: Grammy Awards 2014

Last night was a big night for the music world – the 2014 Grammy Awards! As with every  red carpet and award show there are beauty blunders and beauty bombshells. A lot of stars looked stunning on the red carpet but some beauties really stood out. Today I want to show you some of my favourite looks seen on celebrities last night.

Sarah Hyland at the 2014 Grammy Awards

Sarah Hyland looked all grown up with her pretty updo and her red lips. Her cheeks were the perfect flushed shade and this is definitely a go-to look for any important events I have coming up. She is one of my favourite new celebrities and I always look out for her on red carpets. This girl has a great style and I’m constantly turning to her for beauty inspiration.

Kelly Osbourne at the 2014 Grammy Awards

Kelly Osbourne rocked some awesome lilac hair and a beautiful deep fuchsia lip colour. This might be one of my favourite looks I have ever seen on her, and I keep going back to stare at it. Those spider lashes are stunning and I love how out there her whole look is. It’s super trendy but still seems like something that can actually be pulled off.

Miranda Lambert at the 2014 Grammy Awards

Miranda Lambert was glowing last night with her dewy skin and red lips. She looked like a gorgeous country princess and I love how simple yet stunning this look is. Her skin looks so warm and her blue eyes are totally popping with her red lips and dress.

Rita Ora at the 2014 Grammy Awards

Rita Ora was rocking some dramatic purple eye shadow and a seriously nude lip. She looked edgy and super trendy. Her eyes were super intense and I really love seeing coloured shadow used in this bold way.

A few beauty trends I noticed from the red carpet included light lipsticks and a lot of purple. Not only in eye makeup but Kelly Osbourne’s hair had the hue too. I really like purple makeup so I think that will be the trend I try this season.

Do you agree with these looks as beauty bests, or is there someone who I missed that you think should be on the list?
